    People, connection & kindness

I've always been all in or all out and I believe that if you're privileged enough to get to live a life here on planet earth, you may as well go all in! Human connection, experiences and integrity matter to me. People fascinate me, travel energises me and kindness has a special place in my heart.

My work, creativity and human potential have always been my passion and it was key to escaping a harsh start in life. Since then, I've notched up over 20+ years in the world of high-level business and brand building. Career highlights include CEO and COO positions, international projects and advisory board roles, working with a high-profile client list. I've worked with some incredible people along the way, I've never stopped learning and the collective experience has brought me to exactly where I'm supposed to be.

  • Brandable & Co

Best corporate branding agency UK - Business Excellence Awards 2020

I set up Brandable & Co. to expand what I do - shaping, scaling and aligning human brands for people all over the world. Loosely defined, a personal brand is a way of establishing and consistently reinforcing who you are and what you stand for in your life, and in your career. The world needs you, as you are, living life as authentically as you, at work & beyond but do people even know you're there? When human being becomes #humanbrand, doors open, careers are transformed and competitive advantage shows up in abundance!

Brandable & Co. exists to bring people to the forefront of careers, companies and corporate organisations because we can no longer continue to operate in a linear B2B / B2C world when it comes to business. People buy people and all relationships are human to human.

Brandable & Co's clients are people - people with careers, people with dreams, people who run businesses and who work in the corporate world. People are at the heart of everything and they have the power to change the world for the better. In our working lives, we have been conditioned to be professional, but this doesn't mean that you can't be yourself. I champion authenticity and humanness at work because it's important, it's what makes each of us different and difference is what makes the world more interesting!

    Life, height & french bulldogs

Travel is a big part of my life, for both business and pleasure. I'm an introvert with social skills (if Myers Briggs is your thing, I'm INFP) and recharging in nature is a non-negotiable, be that on the other side of the world or closer to home with my french bulldog, Poppet. I live in West London with my husband Andy. We got married in Bangkok on 11.11.11 and when we got back, I changed my name by deed poll to become the only Sallee Poinsette-Nash in the world. I love all animals, especially dogs! We have been rescuing and rehoming frenchies for over 13 years and are active supporters of French Bulldog Saviours.

Growing to 6'2 in my teens left me standing taller than 99.98% of the human population, and my self-esteem took a hit which wasn't addressed for over 20 years. In 2016, I embarked on a self-prescribed 'My Tall Year' where I committed to 12-months of saying yes to all things tall. The experience was random but life-changing and somewhere along the way, I learned that it's easier to love your difference if you can find a place where you're the same and so #teamtall was born - a like-heighted global community of over 5.5k women.

I am an open book so if there's anything you'd like to know, please ask and to save any awkward moments later, you pronounce it Sa·lee·Poyne·set·Nash!
